I got a shock of my life when i see this letter when i opened the letter box juz now.. tot i'm being fined or wat.. haha! but guess wat? when i opened the letter....... here it goes...

hmmm... 3 more days and it's over! my carbo... lol! been getting scolded by so many pple for not eating carbo... for following this "stupid" diet.. mich, yireng, alvin, gerald, royston, TL, bla bla... anywae, me ar.... got tow jiak carbo la... 21 days without carbo will die de... anywae, i lost weight coz of this.. hee.. it's the main purpose and i did it! cool..
gng gym later with mich and hazeline.. haha! and swimming!! super long nv swim liao wor... i miss swimming...
